Costumers Get Set for Olympian Rumble!
For the first time, students will go head to head on the Stage Expo floor in Clash of the Costumers: Gods of Wear at USITT 2016 in Salt Lake City March 16 to 19.
The event, sponsored by the Costume Design & Technology Commission will see eight teams go into the ring, but only one will come out the winner!
The competition is open to eight teams consisting of three student members of USITT. Undergraduate and graduate students are all eligible, as is a mix of student levels and students from differing schools. Students do not need to be only costume design and technology students, although that is the skillset that will be most needed during the competition. Entrants must have attended an institute of higher learning in the fall of 2015 or be currently enrolled.

Non-students, don’t feel left out. Your help is needed as judges or sources of any wacky supplies you may have lying around. A donation box will be set up during the Costume Commission meeting on Wednesday evening.
