Makes Contributions to Behind the Scenes from Product Sales

TMB joined the Behind the Scenes Pledge-a-Product program last spring by pledging 10 percent of global sales of its ProXS professional lighting fixture accessories to the charity.

The company has placed special displays in dealer showrooms around the world so customers know they are helping when they make a purchase of something as simple as a gel frame. The ProXS line includes pattern holders, donuts, top hats, half hats, irises, barndoors, color extenders, beam benders, spill rings, color frames, and more. For more information, visit

Anyone interested in joining the Pledge-a-Product program can contact Lori Rubinstein at 212-244-1421.

Local Increases Certified Riggers by 30

Over 30 International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) Local One members passed the Entertainment Technician Certification Program (ETCP) Rigger – Theatre examination in June, which brings the total number of Certified Riggers in Local One to 85. Each Certified Theatre Rigger is now listed on the ETCP website. ETCP Certified Technicians can be identified on the jobsite by requesting to see their ETCP ID card that includes their picture, date of certification and most importantly, area(s) of specialty.

Candidate information for the exams, including eligibility requirements and applications, is available on the ETCP website; to have information mailed, contact Meredith Moseley-Bennett, ETCP Certification Manager, at 212-244-1505 or
