Four new Fellows of the Institute, Fred Foster, Forrest Newlin, Ken Vannice, and Paul Vincent were announced and introduced at the 2004 Annual Conference. This elite honorary designation is given to up to 2.5 percent of the individual members of USITT, voted on by current Fellows. As part of the All-Conference Reception, Fellows Address and Young Designers & Technicians Award presentations, each of the four was welcomed by a current Fellow.
