A Suggestion for Thursday Night Off at USITT 2016
For the first time in, well, maybe ever, USITT has included an evening of no programming in the USITT 2016 schedule for Salt Lake City. Thursday, March 17, of the March 16-19 show will be a night off to allow attendees to enjoy exploring our 2016 destination.
One suggestion: Thursday evenings also happen to be the night that the world-famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir rehearses in the 150-year-old Tabernacle, itself an architectural wonder in Salt Lake’s historic Temple Square.
The choir’s 7:30 p.m. Thursday rehearsals are free and open to the public. Temple Square is just a couple blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center and conference hotels.
