Ohio Valley To Offer VectorWorks Session

The Ohio Valley Regional Section will sponsor a professional development workshop in VectorWorks 3-D on the campus of Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio. On Saturday May 12, the day-long workshop will specialize in three dimensional solutions in VectorWorks 12.

The workshop will be conducted by a United Scenic Artist from the New York area who specializes in VectorWorks training for theatre designers. Workshop participants will be expected to have a fundamental knowledge of VectorWorks 2-D drafting. This is a new initiative by the Section's board to expand the scope of programming and professional development workshops to section members. Chuck Hatcher, Vice-Chair of Programs, and an educational representative from VectorWorks are putting the finishing touches on the day's programming and will post the registration forms and schedule on the Section's website. Both Mac and Windows users may attend the workshop. VectorWorks 12 will be loaded on the machines for the workshop. No copies will be sold at the workshop. Cost for the workshop will be under $300. There are only 15 seats available for the PDW, so seats will be held by advance payment only. PDW mailers will be available in February and at the National Conference. Watch their website for details.
