THEatre Conference Employment SERVICE (TCES) connects employers and applicants for face-to-face interviews in a professional, controlled environment. The TCES staff handle all scheduling, leaving clients with maximum time to network and attend Conference sessions.

TCES is open to all employers and applicants who pay the special employment service registration fee. Applicants must also be registered for the full Conference.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged and highly recommended. Employers and applicants who register before February 23, 2007 pay reduced rates. USITT Contributing, Sustaining, and Organizational members who post job openings receive a 10 percent discount.
