USITT announces the launch of its new web-based employment listings service: JobsUSITT. On October 11, the site will be fully operational. Click here to review the available jobs and explore the site in general.

Members seeking new positions should bookmark JobsUSITT and visit frequently since new positions may be added as often as every week. Job seekers can use the search feature to narrow the list of openings to those in a particular part of the country or offered by a particular type of employer.

On October 11, 2006 and thereafter, advertisers are invited to place ads by completing an online form and providing credit card information as payment. Customers will receive verification of their ad submissions and cost after completing the form successfully. E-mail verifications will be sent as well. Advertisers should submit their ads between 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time on Wednesday and the following Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. (MT) in order for them to be published on Thursday.

Any advertiser who wishes to place an ad and pay with a purchase order will have one more opportunity to do so. October 10 is the last date to place an ad in November Sightlines and submit a purchase order as payment. All ads in the November issue, the last to contain classified advertising, will also be published on JobsUSITT at no additional charge.
