Jones Joins Limelight

Ellen E. Jones has joined Limelight Productions, Inc. of Lee, Massachusetts as the company's sales manager. A member of United Scenic Artists 829 as a lighting designer, scenic design, and scenic artist, she was most recently a lighting and paint specialist. She has taught at the University of Florida, Williams College, Hampshire College, and Loyola University of Chicago, and is a former Commissioner of USITT's Lighting Commission, and Co-chair of the Caucus on Human Issues. Limelight, founded in 1972, provides lighting equipment and supplies for theatrical, film, television, and special events throughout the northeast, as well as providing consultation and equipment installation for renovations and new construction.

Auerbach Completes Emerson Project

Auerbach•Pollock•Friedlander has completed work on the renovation of the Cutler Majestic Theater and the new Tufte Performance and Production Center at Emerson College. As theatre consultant to architect Elkus-Manfredi, Auerbach advised on the planning, renovation and restoration, and system upgrades for the Cutler. Auerbach's role at the Tufte Center was advising on the planning, space design, and theatrical systems for the $28 million facility.

New Followspot from Strong

Wiseman Becomes Consultant

John Wiseman has assumed a consulting role with High End Systems Inc. He had been vice president of business development and worldwide sales for the company. In his role as consultant, Mr. Wiseman will continue to work with key accounts and maintain industry relations. He remains a director on the HES board. HES CEO Frank Gordon said, "John and I have shared a long-term professional relationship. I look forward to continuing the partnership and the expertise he brings to the company."
