Performing arts were literally steps from the door of The Westin in Charlotte, North Carolina when members of USITT’s Conference Committee visited to view the facilities and learn more about the area. The Charlotte Shakespeare Festival was presenting A Comedy of Errors in The Green Uptown, a park space directly opposite the Charlotte Convention Center.
