USITT's 49th Annual Conference & Stage Expo was a major success, breaking attendance records and providing information and networking for more than 4,000 people. The Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory chose Stage Expo as a backdrop for a press conference, and then returned to visit twice more to experience all that the Conference & Stage Expo offered. From March 18 to 21, USITT filled the Duke Energy Convention Center, hotels, restaurants, and nearby Fountain Square with conversation and the exchange of ideas between professionals.
